2.1. ARW Salons provides salon services, which can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
2.2. Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
2.3. Clients are required to provide accurate information when booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the appointment.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

3.1. Payments can be made via Cards, UPI or Cash
3.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid charges.
3.3. All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
3.4 – Refunds are not applicable at the salon. You may initiate a redo subject to approval of senior artists with applicable cost of product (COP) charges at actual.

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

4.1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.2. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
